How the Process Works

Buying an expandable container home is different from buying a finished home from a local dealer. Here is the basic path from first review to delivery planning.

1. Buyer Readiness Review
We start by looking at your intended use, location, land situation, delivery access, utilities, and timeline. The goal is to identify obvious issues before you commit to an order.

2. Model and Configuration
You choose between the 20 ft and 40 ft expandable home models, then review layout, finishes, electrical/plumbing configuration, fixtures, and available options.

3. Quote and Deposit
Once the configuration is clear, the manufacturer prepares a written quotation and configuration list. After approval, the current standard deposit is 30% to begin production.

4. Production Updates
Production typically takes about 35 working days, depending on factory schedule and selected options. Photo and video updates may be provided during major build stages.

5. Completion Review and Final Payment
After production is complete, the buyer reviews final photos, videos, and testing information. Under the current standard payment structure, the remaining 70% balance is due before shipment.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Site Placement
Shipping may be quoted under FOB, CIF, or DDP terms. The buyer still needs to plan for delivery access, unloading equipment, foundation, anchoring, utilities, and local requirements.

A buyer readiness review helps you understand the model options, site questions, payment process, and delivery expectations before committing to a purchase.
