Buyer Readiness Review

Ready to start?

Request the Buyer Guide and buyer readiness review. We’ll review your information and follow up with the guide and any practical questions based on your project.

What we’ll ask about:

Property and intended use
Do you already own land? Are you thinking full-time residence, accessory dwelling/guest unit, cabin, workspace, or another use?

Model fit
Are you leaning toward the compact 20 ft model, the larger 40 ft model, or are you still comparing options?

What the review is for:

A buyer readiness review is a practical first step for anyone considering a 20 ft or 40 ft expandable container home. The goal is not to approve or deny your project. The goal is to help identify obvious questions before you commit to a quote, deposit, production timeline, or shipping plan.

We look at the basics: how you want to use the home, where the property is located, whether you already own land, what model you are considering, your timeline, and whether delivery, utilities, foundation, and local requirements may need more attention.

Expandable homes can be a strong option for the right buyer and the right property, but they are not a one-size-fits-all product. A short review helps start the conversation with better information.

Site readiness
Can a large truck reach the property? Is there room to unload? Have you thought about foundation, drainage, anchoring, power, water, and wastewater?

Local questions
Have you checked zoning, permits, HOA rules, insurance, financing, or other local requirements that may affect the project?
